Terms & Conditions — 345min Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "345min" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the 345min online gaming platform accessible at 345min.net and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 345min platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the 345min registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the PKR-denominated funds held within your 345min account at any given time, including real-money deposits and qualifying bonus amounts.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed on a game, sports event, or other outcome offered through the 345min platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded by 345min under specific terms, separate from real-money deposits and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by 345min to confirm a user's identity before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.

By accessing the 345min platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 345min platform and close your account if one has already been created. 345min reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 345min will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. However, the absence of such a notification does not affect the binding nature of the updated terms.

Use of the 345min platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 345min strictly prohibits access to any game, financial feature, or account function by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory and is conducted during the KYC process prior to first withdrawal.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under duress, undue influence, or legal incapacity at the time of registration or use.
• Jurisdictional compliance: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 345min does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 345min will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 345min immediately at support@345min.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

345min reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when investigating a dispute, or when required by applicable regulations. Accepted documents include government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other Pakistani cities are welcome to register, subject to satisfying all eligibility requirements.
• 345min reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on 345min are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 345min's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 345min balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, typically within one business day. 345min does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 345min finance team within the timeframes displayed in the banking section of your account dashboard. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit or to verified accounts in your name.
• 345min reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the banking section of your account and are subject to change.
• Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account investigated for potential fraud.

345min offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Certain promotions may cap the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by bonus funds. The applicable cap is stated on the promotion page.
• 345min reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such action will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.

All wagers placed on 345min are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as well as the general betting rules below.

• Finality of bets: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and may vary by game, market, and account tier.
• Voided bets: 345min reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome has been affected by irregular circumstances, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was already known (late betting).
• Cricket and PSL markets: In-play cricket markets, including PSL, ICC, and bilateral series markets, are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern affected results are settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the cricket sportsbook section.
• System errors: In the event of a technical failure, network outage, or platform error that affects a live wager or game round, 345min will make every reasonable effort to settle the affected bet fairly. If a fair settlement cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345min platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities — whether or not financial gain results. Such exploitation must be reported to 345min immediately at support@345min.net.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, fraudulent transaction, or illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 345min support staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 345min platform — including but not limited to the 345min brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 345min or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345min platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written permission from 345min.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the 345min brand, name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any 345min content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 345min's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

345min is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players directly from their account settings. These tools are designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. The platform will prompt you when your session limit is approaching and will terminate the session when the limit is reached.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager, but existing withdrawal requests will be processed.

345min shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if 345min has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, 345min accepts no liability for:

• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device malfunctions on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on third-party websites, social media, or unofficial sources.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Events beyond 345min's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, regulatory interventions, or infrastructure failures.

345min reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.

You may close your 345min account at any time by contacting support at support@345min.net. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

Where an account is closed by 345min due to confirmed prohibited conduct or fraud, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, in proportion to the nature and extent of the breach. 345min will notify you of the grounds for termination unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by applicable law.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve consecutive months are deemed inactive. 345min may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from the balance of inactive accounts, as published in the banking section of the platform. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 345min holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the 345min support team at support@345min.net with full details of the issue. 345min commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 345min's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body are available on request from the support team.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

345min reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — one that significantly affects your rights or obligations — 345min will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via registered email address or an in-platform notification banner.

The effective date of any amended version of these Terms & Conditions will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 345min platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without specific notification, but will always be reflected in the updated version of this document.
